The colder winter months in Las Vegas give homeowners the chance to ponder what they would like to do with their landscaping. Keeping landscaping principles of color, line and texture in mind allows you to create unity in an outdoor living space that you will enjoy throughout the year.

Use Color

There are many reasons to use color in your landscaping. You can use it to draw attention to prominent features, attract wildlife and create a mood. Similar colors bring a space together while contrasting colors makes a space stand out. Remember that your home is your biggest landscaping element and choose colors that coordinate with it beautifully to create an orderly environment.

Employ Lines
